If you’re considering a remodel in the next year, now is the time to start the design process — not when construction season hits and every reputable builder is booked solid.

Here’s something most homeowners don’t know:

This process takes anywhere from 10-20 hours over the course of 1-2 weeks to coordinate and present. As such, we ask for a small fee of $299 to pull all this together.  Full disclosure — we don’t move forward with every project, but we will help you explore your options, define your wants and needs, and you will have an accurate budget range to work with whether we move forward together or not.

Every year, we accept a limited number of Design + Build clients because we refuse to dilute the attention, craftsmanship, and communication our projects are known for.

That means once our design and construction calendar fills, it closes — not because we’re trying to create hype, but because taking on too many projects would compromise the experience for our existing clients.
